Course Payment and Enrolment
You can purchase a course and gain instant access by using the PayFast Links above or go to our main Caddie website, where your payment will need to be verified before you will be able to log in and access your course.
8. Course Enrolment Extensions
Once you have enrolled on a course you have a number of weeks to complete it in. Sometimes users do not manage to complete the course within the allotted timescales.
In order to comply with data protection and other current regulations our records need to be data cleansed and profiles removed at regular intervals, if they are not current or active. We do not want to delete a users’ enrolment if they are part way through a course so we have often extended the enrolment period for a course to encourage completion.
Once you have completed a course, you have unlimited access to it as a continuing resource. Extending a course takes administrative time, to update the records in both the Caddie Learning Site and our Customer Relationship Management database.
Where there has been regular progress towards course completion we will extend the course once for you at no cost.
Administration Fee:
After the first extension, should a further one be required, an administrative fee of 450 Rand (20 GBP) will be charged.
If the course was part of a fee free promotion, or an evaluation of Caddie, then the course will not be extended and must be purchased before we reinstate the enrolment.
Student and educational enrolments are usually set for the duration of the student's external course, but will only be extended with proof of attending an educational establishment.
